David Epstein serves as President of the Multifamily/Rental Division at FirstService Residential New York. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning, revenue enhancement, staff oversight, and operational performance with the goal of accelerating the division’s growth.

A 30-year property management veteran, David most recently was the company’s Chief Financial Officer responsible for business planning, financial reporting and transparency, budgeting, risk management, and compliance.

David previously served as President of the Northeast Region, responsible for overseeing the performance of FirstService Residential operating companies in six states. Prior to that, he was one of the original owners of the Wentworth Group, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and held the position of Chief Executive Officer for 16 years. During his tenure, he drove Wentworth’s growth as it became the leading residential property management company in the Northeast. Wentworth ultimately became part of the FirstService Residential organization.
