Thomas has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including considerable experience in sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing Agency, CMBS, and Balance Sheet loans. Throughout his career, he has closed over $1.7 Billion including over $800 Million in agency loans. Prior to joining PGIM REF, he served as an Agency Originator at KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Previously, he worked at People’s United Bank as a Relationship Manager.

Thomas received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Connecticut and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University
