Rick Hayduk is StuyTown Property Services’ (SPS) CEO and General Manager.

Since taking over in January 2016, Mr. Hayduk has focused on responsible stewardship of the 70-year-old property and on broadly-defined service and community-building. Mr. Hayduk is the first General Manager to live on the property since the MetLife era.

Mr. Hayduk has over 30 years of property management and hospitality experience having managed Blackstone’s 350-acre Boca Raton Resort & Club in Florida before coming to StuyTown. Prior to working at Boca Raton Resort & Club, Mr. Hayduk was the regional Managing Director of Blackstone’s South Seas Island Resort and the Inns of Sanibel, where he worked with over 20 homeowners associations and residents of the resort village and neighboring condominiums.
