Rachel Loeb joined World Wide Group in 2011 to lead its acquisition efforts and manage development projects. Previously, Ms. Loeb directed the development of 1.3 million square feet of residential properties at Avalon Bay. She was named one of the 40 Under 40 in 2011 by Crain’s New York Business and was the recipient of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine’s 2008 Spirit of the City award. Ms. Loeb is co-chair of the Brooklyn Heights Synagogue Building Committee and is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate and the Urban Land Institute. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons, playing tennis, and skiing.
