Jules Demchick has been in the Real Estate business for more than 40 years. He has developed and built commercial, residential, hospitality, health facilities and dormitories in New York City.

He is known to be a specialist in assembling property, financing, land use and marketing as well as long term financing. He is experienced in all aspects of the Real Estate development.

With his company, JD Carlisle LLC, he has just completed a 300,000 square foot residential building which yields 29,000 square feet of retail at 160 Madison Avenue in Manhattan.
